Under-eye filler is performed with fillers formulated specifically to increase light reflection in order to reduce hollows and bruise appearance in the tear trough area. Op. Dr. Saffet Ulutaş creates an application plan by evaluating the thinness of the under-eye skin, vascular structure, and the status of fat pads. If necessary, a more balanced result is obtained by being combined with cheek fillers.
