Our Quality Policy

Our quality policy is based on a management approach that centers patient safety and satisfaction and requires continuous development. In Op. Dr. Saffet Ulutaş clinic, all surgical and medical procedures are performed with internationally certified devices and disposable consumables. Checklists are applied before each operation; operating room equipment, sterilization cycle, patient identity, and anesthesia safety are meticulously verified.

The air conditioning systems of the operating room, sterilization, and polyclinic areas are regularly inspected; HEPA filters are replaced at specified periods. Disinfectants suitable for international standards are used for surface and air sterilization. With independent quality audits, we go beyond health ministry controls, record results, and prepare improvement plans.

Patient experience is an integral part of our policy. Pre-operative information forms, digital consent processes, and post-operative follow-up charts have been standardized. A special coordinator is assigned to each patient; 24/7 accessible guidance is offered on subjects such as medication use, wound care, nutrition, and psychological support. Feedbacks are evaluated in periodic meetings, and processes are transparently updated.
