Patient and User Rights

Respecting all the rights of our patients forms the basis of the health services we provide. In Op. Dr. Saffet Ulutaş clinic, everyone can freely exercise their rights to information, consent, privacy, and objection. All pre-treatment processes are explained in an understandable language, and alternative options and possible risks are detailed. Our patients can ask their questions without hesitation and make their decisions with their free will.

Informed consent is obtained in writing before each operation or medical procedure. The consent form is prepared to include the purpose, duration, risks, and expected benefits of the procedure. Our patients can use their right to give up or postpone the procedure if they wish. The rights of minors or individuals who cannot express themselves are protected through their legal representatives.

Privacy and data protection rights are an important part of our user rights. Patient rooms and examination areas are organized to ensure that your personal information remains confidential. Photo and video recordings are used only with permission. Our clinic also shows sensitivity to the rights of disabled individuals and makes accessibility arrangements.
